KYC Terms and Conditions

To utilise the Kisanaras Technology Private Ltd. Company's Website or Matka App Platform to its full extent, users must first register on the Matka App Platform. Access to any part of our Matka App Platform is prohibited until you have obtained an Account, as defined below.


If you want to become a registered user, you must create an account on our Kisanaras Technology Private Limited/Matka App. Each user is allowed to have only one account, and the company has the authority to cancel or suspend any duplicate accounts.


To apply for an account, you may be asked to register by filling out a form and providing specific details as outlined on the Kisanaras Technology Private Limited/Matka App Platform.

The Service

You have the option to sign up or sign in using either your Google account or your personal email address. Additionally, you might need to provide your mobile number for verification, and verify it using a one-time passcode (OTP) sent to your mobile. Approval for opening an account will be determined solely by the Company or its representatives, with no obligation to disclose reasons for refusal. You acknowledge that the Company's decision regarding account approval is final. We may also conduct additional identity verification procedures, such as KYC checks, to ensure the authenticity of users and assist our payment service providers in verifying customer identities. By agreeing to these terms, you consent to undergo KYC checks and provide necessary personal information and documents to verify your identity and address

IMPORTANCE OF KYC FOR THE USER ACCOUNT IN KISANARAS TECHNOLOGY PRIVATE LIMITED

1.Unutilized Account – The amount in the unutilised account deposited by the User can be withdrawn subject to KYC.
2. Winning Account– The amount won by the Users by winning the game/contest(s) (Winnings). Winnings can be withdrawn subject to KYC.


The User agrees to authorise the transfer of their gameplay funds from the current escrow agent's bank account to a designated central account managed by a third party, whether termed a nodal account or otherwise, for the consolidation of these funds. This central account may be overseen by the Company or an external escrow agent chosen by the Company. These funds can then be accessed and utilised by the User on the MATKA APP PLATFORM/ Kisanaras Technology Private Limited Notwithstanding any provisions within these Terms or other policies, but subject to applicable law, users acknowledge and agree that if their account remains inactive for a period of twelve months, the company will transfer the corresponding unutilised money balances to a reserve account maintained by the company.


From this Reserve Account, users may reclaim their gameplay money balances, provided they consent to additional KYC (Know Your Customer) and user identification measures. The company will inform users of any unused balances and their transfer to the Reserve Account 45 days prior to the expiration date via SMS, email, or phone call. Users agree that if they do not utilise the services, gameplay money balances, or request a refund during this notice period, they consent to the transfer of their gameplay money balances. These transferred funds will be utilised by the company for promoting awareness of safety measures and best practices in online gaming. By accepting these Terms, users agree to abide by these conditions, the Privacy Policy, and any other policies provided by the company.
